Beautiful Winchester Model 12Y Trap Shotgun 12 Gauge
Description: Beautiful Winchester Model 12Y Trap Shotgun with amazing Feathercrotch Walnut Stock, 12 Gauge, 2 3/4" Full. I traded for this shotgun at the Las Vegas Antique Arms Show in 2017. I fell in love with the beautiful stock and the excellent condition of the metal with its bright bluing. I have shot 3 rounds of Trap through it (75 rounds) and it functioned perfectly with no problems. It has a fairly high vent rib with a center and front bead. It appears to have very little wear and was likely not used very much before I got it. I am selling it because I recently had shoulder surgery and I need to stick with a semi-auto that has recoil reduction. This Model 12Y was made in 1974. They only made the 12Y for 6 or 7 years before discontinuing it. This one has the original Winchester recoil pad and grip cap. It takes down easily but has no play in the connection when assembled.
