Description: Up for sale I have a very rare Winchester model 12 chambered in the very illusive 28ga. This fine little shotgun was made in 1937 and has a 28" modified choked barrel. Everything on this gun checks out as it should. It is stamped 28 on the back of the receiver and inside the receiver, the crimp on the magazine tube and the shell stop are also exactly right. It is guaranteed to be 100% original or your money back. I would rate the bluing at 90% with some honest frosting and a few tiny freckles but no pitting. The wood is the best I've ever seen on a 1937 gun and I would rate that safely at 90%+ with no battle scars, chips or cracks just honest light hunting l/handling marks.
