Winchester Model 24 in 12 Gauge. The model 24 was introduced in 1939 as an affordable, utility side-by-side shotgun. It remained in production until 1958. It is known for its reliability and durability. It is a true hammerless, striker-fired design with a rounded steel receiver. It is chambered for 2-3/4" 12-gauge shells. The 28-inch barrels are choked Modified/Full. It has two-piece wood stocks with a smooth finish, semi-pistol grip, and the original Winchester plastic pad. It has a slight crack on the forearm by the receiver. It also has a silver bead front sight, a checkered thumb piece on the break lever, and a serrated safety switch. It has some wear from use but is well maintained. The bores are bright. A practical choice for those looking for a dependable Winchester. No box. 12 Gauge
