Winchester Model 42
Description:
Winchester model 42 Upgraded Field Grade: Field grade with vented rib. The rib is from a recognized rib maker (Moneymaker) and installed by an experienced gunsmith. Choked Cylinder (CYL), 26”-barrel, 14 ring corn cob forearm, serial# 57416, manufactured 11-46. Stock has a 1/2" splinter at the bottom of the butt and a few very small dents. The forearm has a few very small dents. See the pictures. The metal shows worn corners and is shiny at the barrel/receiver connection with other worn spots you would expect from a hunter’s shot gun. Regardless, the gun is reliable and perfect for the small bird hunt.
