WINCHESTER MODEL 1897 TRENCH GUN REPLICA TRIBUTE 12-GAUGE WITH BAYONET - 20" BARREL

20" BARRELS, CYLINDER, PUMP ACTION, HAMMER, SINGLE TRIGGER, SMOOTH PISTOL HAND GRIP, GROOVED ROUND FOREARM, BUTTPLATE, 9 LBS - 4 OZ, 1-3/4" DAC, 2-1/2" DAH, 13-7/8" LOP

A 12-gauge hammer pump-action shotgun built on a take-down frame. The shotgun is fitted with a 20 inch round blued steel barrel fitted with a bead front sight, heat shield consisting of 4 rows of cooling holes and bayonet adaptor with a British contract Remington Model 1913 bayonet attached. Top of the barrel is marked with patent dates, "12 GA." and near the receiver is a cartouche with letters "WP" inside (Winchester Proof Mark) while the left side is marked "MOD". The barrel is currently Cylinder choke. Left side between barrel and slide is marked "MODEL 1897" over "- WINCHESTER -" Over "TRADE MARK REG. IN U.S. PAT. OFF." On the underside of frame is the shotgun's serial number. The smooth walnut stock has a 13-7/8" length of pull to a checkered plastic Winchester buttplate, is fitted with a sling swivel. The round forearm has grooves.
