Winchester 1897 Riot Shotgun HBPD. 1900 Mfg

Description:
I have a Winchester 1897 pump shotgun that was used by the Huntington Beach Police Department as a Riot gun. This shotgun was manufactured in 1900 and falls right between the serial numbers for World War I and World War II trench guns. This gun is an excellent condition with all original parts.  This is a takedown model and both serial numbers match.  I believe the gun has been re-blued at some point.  It has HBPD engraved across the top of the receiver. This came out of a collection from a retired HBPD officer.  This may have been built as a trench gun, but was never issued to the US military. It comes with a period correct sling.
