The Winchester Model 1912 or more simply Model 12 became an instant hit upon introduction. The action was so smooth it earned the moniker ‘The perfect repeater’. Built in a take-down configuration, a couple of quick operations separates the gun into two transportable pieces with all parts captive, making for easy cleaning and storage. This Winchester Model 12, manufactured in 1961 (Madis) when Model 12’s were still handmade and hand fitted and is in high factory condition. The barrel, receiver, and trigger guard show factory original 99%+ finishes and is still as tight as new! The 30” barrel has a mirror bore and is choked FULL. The gun is stocked with nice walnut showing some figure which still has factory original finish with some handling marks- likely from being admired as this Winchester Model 12 appears un-shot!
