Offered for sale is a Winchester Model 101 Pigeon Grade over/under shotgun in good, original condition. The Pigeon Grade represents the higher-grade sporting configuration of the classic Model 101, long respected for its durability, balance, and performance on the clays field.
This example shows honest field and handling wear consistent with normal use, but remains mechanically sound and unmodified. The receiver engraving is clear and intact, showing normal wear from use with no evidence of polishing or refinish. All markings remain correct and visible.
The walnut stock and forend retain their original factory finish and show minor handling marks and finish wear, with no cracks, repairs, or structural issues, including at the wrist. Checkering remains intact and functional.
Barrels retain good bluing with light handling wear. Bores are bright and clean, the rib is straight and solid, and the action locks up tight and operates smoothly.
