Winchester Model 23 Classic 12 Gauge side-by-side shotgun. The model 23 was introduced in 1978 as a successor to the legendary model 21, and is respected as a refined field shotgun, a practical collector piece, and one of the better modern-production side-by-side winchesters.
Features - side-by-side box lock action, vent-rib barrels, single selective gold trigger, automatic ejectors, a deluxe finly cut point-pattern 2-panel checkered high-gloss walnut stock, a high-gloss beavertail forearm with finly cut point-pattern wrap around checkering, gold inlay accents, and high polish bluing. 26" barrels choked MOD / IMP CYL, 2 3/4" & 3" shells, elegant line engraving, restrained scrollwork and a traditional upland-game aesthetic (gold pheasant in flight). The American walnut stock and forend is  is beautifully "feathered", with a gold ovel. 
This gun is in excellent condition. It shows no signs of scratches, dings or handling marks.
