His productions all exude a very strong personality, superb ergonomics, and they are closer to a piece of art than a knife. This model comes in two blade lengths 8-5/8" for the PRAIRIE 1,(the one being shown) and 7-1/8" for its companion,(see a separate listing later on). Both knives are constructed and made from 1/4" 440C steel stock, reinforced tip with a mirror polished blade. The solid brass pommel has two opening to tie up security laces, while both knives comes with a double brass guard for hand protection. Extra heavy-duty leather scabbard of the highest quality. All sales are final, no return, no exchange, sold "AS IS." The knives and scabbard was made by Jean Tanazacq in the Ardennes in 1986-1989. No trade.
