Knives with double-edged blades, were produced by local blacksmiths and frequently made by specialized American makers.
This knife and sheath is just that. The blade has no nicks and the tip is sharp. It remains in very good condition considering its age. The sheath has been added and a nice job at that. The knife measures 13 1/4" long, with the blade being 8 3/4" long.
