Lock dated “1846” behind hammer and stamped “U.S./H.ASTON” forward of the hammer. Shows battle wear and light salt and pepper overall but is in working order. Worn floral hand carved panel with illegible worn inscription on stock forward of trigger guard. Fair bore. Reasonably priced.
