This Colt was produced in 1931. The pistol's serial number is C 159738. This Colt is the correct 1911 A1 Civilian Model. This pistol is in near new condition. This barrel is the correct civilian 45 A.C.P. barrel with a minty bore. The slide is correctly serial numbered to the frame inside the firing pin retaining plate. This Colt shows very little sign of being handled or fired. The original bluing would rate a 100% condition. The original wood grips are in new condition. This pistol has the correct two tone magazine with the Colt 45 Auto stamped on the floor plate of this magazine. This is one very stunning Government Model 45! All this Colt really needs is an original box! This pistol would be a stunning addition to any high end collection.
