Description: SOLD SOLD SOLD This Colt 38 Super was produced in 1951. The pistol's serial number is 90272. This pistol has the correct 38 Super "Fat" barrel for this production run. The bore is bright with sharp lands and very little wear. This Colt is in very fine original condition. The pistol has been fired lightly, but well cared for. The high polish frame and slide sides retain that amazing stunning polish finish! The original finish would rate a 97% or better overall condition. The original "pony" grips are in very fine to almost new condition. There is no sign of any shrinkage that these grips are known for. This magazine is the correct original magazine for this Colt. The original box is in fair to poor condition. The end label is intact. This box is also serial numbered to this pistol. The original instruction sheet is still in the box.
