Colt Model 1911 Pistol World War One Issued In Very Fine Condition
Description: SOLD This Colt was produced in 1918. The pistol's serial number is 273290. This Colt has the correct H P marked barrel. The bore is in fine condition with no pitting. This pistol has the brushed bluing. The bluing was put on lightly to speed up production. The grip area has blue loss from handling. The front grip strap has speckling. The back grip strap bluing is mostly faded. The rest of this pistol retains all of the original bluing. The bluing would rate a 95% condition. The original wood checkered grips are in fine condition with sharp checkering. The action works just fine with no issues. All of the parts are original to this Colt. The magazine is the correct two tone magazine with the flat blued bottom. This magazine is in very fine condition. This is a collectable quality grade pistol from the Great War! These pistols are getting hard to find now in this condition. This Colt would be a fine representative of these World War One Colts.
