This Ithaca was produced in December of 1944. The pistol's serial number is 2105770. This is a standard Army issued 45 A.C.P. 1911-A1. The original parkerized finish would rate a 95% overall condition. The blued barrel would rate a 90% coverage. The bore has sharp lands with some scattered pitting. The barrel is by Flannery Bolt Co. The grips are the correct Keyes brown fiber grips. It also has the flat sided hammer with serrated spur. It also has the correct stamped trigger. This pistol has the rare non polished feed ramp. This feed ramp is mentioned in Clawson's book on page 129. This Ithaca also has the correct proofs and inspector stamps on the frame and slide. The magazine is the correct World War 2 issued blued magazine. This is a very nice late wartime production Ithaca with original features and the rare non polished feed ramp.
