Description:
This Remington Rand was produced in early 1943. The pistol's serial number is 980562. This pistol has the correct High Standard barrel chambered for the 45 A.C.P. cartridge. The bore is in very fine to minty condition. There is blue loss on this barrel by the ejection port. This Remington Rand shows very light service use and wear. The original military finish on the slide would rate a 98% condition. The frame finish would rate a 98% also. The original brown plastic grips are in very fine condition. The magazine is a correct World War 2 magazine. This pistol has the second style lettering and NO for the serial number. This is a very nice Remington Rand with the low serial number and early features. The box of shells is for display and not for sale.
