These compact revolvers were sold across the American market as affordable, easily carried protection for travelers, merchants, and citizens during a time when personal arms were widely relied upon.

This example features the distinctive “TERROR” stamp on the topstrap, a hallmark of this scarce private label pattern. The revolver is built around a 5 shot percussion cylinder (approx. .31 caliber), spur trigger, solid frame construction, and original dark walnut grips. Metal surfaces show an honest antique patina appropriate for its age, with no aggressive pitting. The grips remain smooth and intact with no visible cracks.
