Here’s a closer look at what makes your revolver special- manufactured by Charter Arms, Ansonia, Connecticut, this model-the “Off Duty”, serial number 1105266 is chambered for the easily obtainable .38 Special cartridge. It has a 2 inch barrel, great for concealed carry and is nickel-plated. It has high-polish synthetic or possibly custom wood grips—great contrast against the bright nickel.
