Colt Courier Revolver In Rare 22 Long Rifle

SOLD  SOLD  SOLD  This Colt was produced in 1955. The pistol's serial number is 34378 LW. This Colt is a first year production pistol. Colt produced around 3,000 pistols between 1955 and 1956. The 22 version is the rarest of the Couriers. This pistol has the standard 3 inch barrel for this model. This Colt does show some very light handling and being fired. There is no alterations done to this pistol. The grips are serial numbered to this pistol. The original polished surface bluing is strong with about 97% overall condition. The no glare finish on the grip strap and sight channel is faded somewhat  to a silvery tone. The action works fine with no issues. This is a rare variation of the Colt Cobra frame! Being a 22 also adds to the rarity of these Colts. This pistol would be a great addition to any revolver collection. Box Of Shells For Display Only.
