Grips have been checkered. This gun comes with a form fitting flap leather holster. This gun comes with a letter from Antique Road Show Appraiser Rafael Eledge where he makes a convincing argument that this gun was a Confederate used and altered gun and the holster is confederate made. This gun was found in North Carolina and formerly in the Hank Williams Jr Collection!
