This is not a Bulldog model — this is a true Safety Automatic, confirmed by the serial number B32137, which dates it to approximately 1910–1915. This revolver features the upgraded smokeless powder-safe Third Model frame, complete with Iver Johnson’s patented “Hammer-the-Hammer" transfer bar safety, making it safe to carry fully loaded — a rare innovation for its era.

Iver Johnson’s Safety Automatic revolvers were one of the first carry-safe pocket revolvers of their time.
