Smith & Wesson Model M&P Pre Model 10 In Rare Factory Nickel Finish In 38 Special
Description:
This Smith & Wesson Pre model 10 was produced around 1951. This pistol is a five screw "K" Frame pistol with the pinned barrel. The pistol's serial number is C 133145. It has the 5 inch barrel chambered to shoot the 38 Special cartridge. The bore and chambers are in minty condition. This pistol shows very little use or being fired. The cylinder face still has the factory plating intact. This factory nickel finish is in very fine bright condition. There is very little sign of wear or use on this nickel finish. This nickel finish would rate a 98% or better condition. The hammer and trigger retain strong color cased finish. The action works great as would be expected of Smith & Wesson. There is the usual light drag line between the cylinder stops. The grips are the correct style grips for this model pistol. These grips are in very fine condition and fit this pistol properly. The grips are however serial numbered to another pistol. This is really a very stunning pistol! This Smith & Wesson belongs in any fine collection and will be a real standout! The Western box of shells is for display only and not for sale!
