Visual inspection confirms the revolver retains its factory square-butt K-frame configuration along with original checkered walnut Magna grips featuring silver Smith & Wesson medallions. The nickel finish remains bright with only light handling and holster wear visible, while the matching serial number stamped on the grip adapter further supports originality. The cylinder, barrel markings, and frame markings all appear correct for a late-1970s factory nickel Model 10-8.
