The original Schofield gained fame as a cavalry sidearm and was used by the U.S. Army in the 1870s–1880s. Uberti, an Italian manufacturer well known for its historically accurate Old West replicas, produces faithful reproductions of this revolver.

Barrel Length offered in 5\"
Action: Single-action, top-break revolver with automatic star extractor for faster reloading compared to Colt-style revolvers.
Finish Options: Blued steel with case-hardened frame, or nickel-plated. Grips are pearl ( not real pearl ),
