The full 3 band dark walnut stock is in good condition showing normal dents dings and wear with 2 faint cartouches on the left Flat. Full length barrel is bright with scattered pitting. The functioning Lock is marked Springfield 1837 with the American eagle. US marked but plate and all metal parts are brown with scattered brown patina and scattered pitting.
