Description:
Antique US Model 1884 Springfield Trapdoor 45/70 caliber sporting rifle. Metal is very good with a smooth mostly blue (fading in places) Finnish. The barrel his 28" with a good bore and both front and rear sights. The nice wood stock shows a cartouche and has been shortened to carbine length. The action and lock function fine. Very good condition overall. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. Shipping will be actuall cost by insured usps mail with tracking.
