SOLD Ray Ide 4-15-24 Listing a nice original Winchester 1873 round barreled 24" rifle in 38/40, this caliber was introduced in 1879 , this rifle serial 240410 was built in 1888. the round barreled rifles were I've read 1 in 9 as far as production numbers run. Pretty decent condition, original finish on both wood and meta

I've noticed many old 73's listed aren't sporting the best wood, people are hanging on to the nicer rifles that do come up.
