Although the name “DEUTSCHES REICHPOST” indicated German National Postal System it was really a really a Mauser code name for rifles supplied to Nazi Party political para-militaryanizations such as the SS and the SA prior to the War. These rifles were beautifully finished and are quite scarce. Perfect working order and has a mint bore. With the original leather sling. Really nice example.
