This is a .50 flintlock bench/chunk rifle built by Wes Noye of the central Pennsylvania area. It has a heavy 1 1/8” straight browned octagon barrel (unknown maker). Barrel is 36” long with 1:66 twist. Bore looks pristine. It has a R.E. Davis Lock and what looks like Davis Double Set Triggers. It has a 15 3/8" LOP. Fitted with Southern Mountain Rifle style Iron furniture. Stock is a nicely figured Maple and has no butt plate or nose cap in the Poor Boy style. Very good wood to metal fit. The gun appears to have not been used much and may be unfired. Has Adjustable front and rear sights. Rifle weighs about 12lbs. $1,000.00 + Shipping.
