Remington Arms Co. Model 1903-A3 In Near Unissued Condition With Bayonet
Description: This Remington Rifle's Barrel Date is 12-43. The rifle's serial number is 3523991. It has the standard 24 inch barrel chambered for the 30 Government 1906 cartridge [30-06]. The sights are the standard issue sights for this rifle. The front sight hood is intact on this rifle. The bore is in minty condition. The original greenish tinted parkerizing is fully intact. The bolt is blued. The parkerized finish would rate a 99% overall condition. The blued parts would rate the same. The stock has all of the correct inspection stamps. This rifle is all Remington in it's parts. The stock is in new condition. The rifle has the canvas G.I. sling. The bayonet was made by Union Fork And Hoe 1943. It still retains the 16 inch blade that has not been cut down. This blade still has the original finish intact. It has not been sharpened. The fiberglass scabbard is in fine condition. This Model 1903 A3 is certainly a collectors quality rifle with it's original bayonet. These 1903 A3 rifles in this fine of condition are a real prize for the collector!
