The Western Field Model 59A is a semiautomatic rifle chambered in .22 LR that was essentially a rebadged version of the Savage Model 6A and other similar designs, also produced as the Stevens Model 87A/87D. It was marketed by Montgomery Ward as a "Western Field" rifle, even though Savage Arms was the actual manufacturer. It was in production from 1938 until the early 1960's.
