These Gemmers are built like Hawken rifles with the double wedge fore end, cleaning rod, and crescent butt plate with a fancy cheek piece.
These factory produced Shiloh Sharps Gemmers do not come up often and are valued collector pieces. When they do come up they command high prices. This is a rare opportunity to own such a beautiful example of American craftsmanship.
