Greener Deluxe Martini Sporting Rifle .577/450 Excellent Condition Fabulous Wood

Description:
Here is a superb Greener Martini sporting rifle in .577/450.  The octagon barrel is 28" with Henry-style rifling and an excellent bore.  It sports a set of African express sights with one standing and three folding leaves with platinum lines, marked to 400 yards, plus a ladder sight marked to 1000.  The highly figured stock has fine checkering and a horn fore-end tip.  The length of pull is 14" over a finely engraved steel butt-plate.  The weight is 7 lbs 15 oz.  The rifle comes with a Buffalo Arms 480 grain mould, 20 pieces of Jamison brass, and Lee loading dies.  In Graham Greener's book "The Greener Story," the rifle is described as follows: "Martini-action sporting rifle, superior finish with flat-top rib and octagonal barrel, 15 guineas."  This is wonderful piece for the collector or shooter.
