Here we have a Spencer Repeating Model 1860 Carbine chambered in 52 rimfire. This gun features a 22" barrel, 7 round tube capacity, falling block design, folding rear sight, external hammer and wood stock. With 48,733 manufactured between 1863-1865, this gun is in good condition! The stock has some imperfections from use and storage. It is rated at 85% +/- condition. The reciever and barrel have imperfections and are rated at 80% +/- condition. The bore looks good but does show its age. The bore is rated at 75% +/- condition. Overall, this gun is in 80% +/- condition! With this dummying important to the Federal war effort, nearly all saw hard use during the last 18 months of fighting.
