Early Springfield Armory, Inc. The rifle features the traditional 22-inch barrel, USGI-style flash suppressor with bayonet lug, and the proven M14 short-stroke gas piston operating system that delivers the reliability and smooth recoil impulse the platform is known for. The parkerized finish remains exceptionally attractive, while the walnut stock displays rich color with very little handling wear.
