Custom Winchester 1885 High Wall .22 LR

Description:
Here is a wonderful custom Winchester High Wall, re-lined to .22 LR by C. C. Johnson of Thackery, Ohio. The barrel is 24” with a perfect bore. A Lyman 103 tang sight is installed, along with a unique flip-up front sight (see photo # 11). The length of pull is 13 ¼” and the weight is 6 lbs 15 oz. C. C. Johnson was one of the country’s leading accuracy ‘smiths, specializing in target .22s. The consignor states that this rifle is capable of MOA groups. A real beauty in excellent overall condition.
