This Winchester was produced in 1920. The rifle's serial number is 633249. This rifle has the standard 20 Inch barrel chambered to shoot the 22 Short-Long And long rifle. The bore is in bright minty condition! The front sight is the standard style front sight. The rear sight is a blank wedge. The tang sight is a Lyman tang sight with the large disk peep sight. The original bluing would rate a 98% on the receiver and tangs. The barrel bluing would rate a 94% condition. The biggest loss is by the rear sight blank. The magazine tube would rate a 95% or better condition. The stock and pump handle are in very fine condition. The take down feature is tight with no play. This is a very fine Expert Model 1906 that shows little use. The tang sight is a very nice feature on this Winchester! This Winchester certainly meets the collector grade status. Most 1906's show much use and wear with worn barrels. This rifle deserves a nice home to stand with the other fine firearms!
