WINCHESTER MODEL 65 in .25-20 W.C.F. Made in 1934

Description: Rare Caliber 25-20 W.C.F. Winchester Model 65, made in 1934. The 25-20 is the most rare chambering in the model 65 even though the .218 Bee has more followers. This one was made 92 years ago and remains in excellent mechanical condition and very good condition cosmetically. It is in unaltered condition and has all original parts, including sights and buttplate. Recoil is very mild in this chambering and it is fun to shoot. I have taught a couple of granddaughters to shoot using this cartridge. This rifle is in great shape and functions flawlessly. The bore is in excellent shape. This is one of the last Model 65s made and has seen limited use over the years. The bluing on the barrel is bright and looks nearly perfect. The Receiver uses a slightly different type of steel and shows some wear with a lot of flaking. The stock has the original finish and shows light wear. Winchester did not make a lot of these model 65s, only 5,704 in all calibers, when you find one that you like you should grab it, especially a nice one like this. RETURN POLICY- All firearms come with a 3-day non firing, no-tinkering with (turning screws, taking apart, removing parts, scoping. firing, cleaning or altering in any way) inspection/return privilege.
