It still looks good enough to toss a slug with some modicum of accuracy. The exterior is smooth crisp edged grayish brown with some traces of thin blue and ALMOST some faded case color dimly evident on the receiver. Wood is about Fine, with very light wear and just minor bumps/bruises, standard open sights, and fine markings. The 40/65WCF is a shorter range version of the 40/82WCF with very close ballistics at short ranges (75-150 yards), plus it is FAR less recoil and a comfortable cartridge to shoot.
