Here is another interesting custom Model 70 in .220 Swift by A & M Rifle Co. of Prescott Arizona. The 24" cut-rifled barrel is by Bill Atkinson. The bore is excellent. The stock has a custom rosewood tip and custom grip cap. The rifle has a Super Grade floor-plate (obviously not original to the rifle.) The length of pull is 13 1/2". The rifle is mounted with a very good Burris 3-9x40 scope with duplex reticle. The weight (with scope) is 9 lbs 1 oz. I have not fired this rifle, but I suspect it will be a great shooter, as all Atkinson-barreled rifles are reputed to be.
