WINCHESTER MODEL 65 RIFLE IN 32 WCF CALIBER

Description:
22 inch round barrel chambered in 32 WCF caliber with a bright shiny excellent bore with sharp rifling. Sights include a ramped and hooded beaded blade front with a semi-buckhorn rear. Barrel retains most all original blue starting to thin and has a non-factory sling swivel soldered on the bottom of it. Receiver also retains most all of its blue with just a few light scratches. Import mark on underside of receiver next to the serial number that is barely visible. Crisp action. Half length magazine. Walnut pistol grip stock is in very good with some scattered minor dings and handling marks. Two neatly filled holes in the bottom of the stock where a sling swivel was previously mounted. Checkered steel shotgun buttplate. Only 5,704 Model 65's were manufactured from 1933 to 1947 and this rifle was made in 1937.
