Description:
24 inch round barrel and half length magazine. Chambered in 218 BEE caliber with a bright shiny excellent bore. Sights include a hooded ramped front sight with the rear sight dovetail blanked and the desirable Lyman bolt mounted aperture sight. Metal retains a good amount of original thinning blue with wear to the edges and carry points. The pistolgrip walnut stock is in very good condition. Left side has a very short crack, about ¼ inch, at the frame and a few scattered light dings. Forend is also in very nice condition. Checkered steel buttplate. This rifle is a solid Model 65 with desirable caliber and sights. Manufactured in 1941.
