Description: Here's a great "collectible shooter" example of the coveted Model 70 Super Grade in highly popular 270 Win. caliber. While not a pristine collector, it is a good solid rifle that is unaltered and is complete with all of the factory correct components such as Redfield gold bead front sight, SG floor plate, SG swivels, etc.. S/N 253*** with matching bolt made in 1953. 95% Blue overall with the primary components of barrel and receiver showing closer to 97% Blue, 90% Varnish with scattered light impressions, staining and finish loss most notably toward butt plate region.
