This Winchester is the second year production of this model. Made in 1940. The rifle's serial number is 53015. This rifle has the 24 inch barrel chambered for the 22 Long Rifle cartridge. The bore is in very fine condition. The Semi Automatic action works fine with no issues. The sights are original to this Winchester. There is no alterations or add on done to this rifle. This rifle is in very good condition. The original bluing would rate a 96% overall. There is one or two spots of old surface rust on the barrel that has been cleaned. The stock shows some light wear and use. There is no cracks or damage to the stock. This is a honest used Winchester that is still able to continue being used!
