These are Military 1911A1 that were given to a local Police Department after Vietnam. This firearm has the following features & Markings:

* FJA Marked on Frame

This firearm is 90% in mechanicals and has a very tight slide to frame lockup. The barrel has a bright & shiny bore with sharp lands & grooves.

I believe that these guns were reworked and given to the Police Department as additional firearms if needed where they sat in the safe for years without any use.
