PURDEY & SONS AUDLEY HOUSE AUDLEY STREET LONDON". 7 pin side lock marked J.PURDEY & SONS at bottom and extensively scroll engraved. Double trigger with lifter extractors. Fitted with nicely figured oil-finished walnut stock 15" LOP. 1 5/8" 2 3/8" DAH. Factory ledger indicates gun was shipped Oct, 1884. Condition, Extremely fine as restored, The Engraving on underside is soft, Wood and all finishes are excellent. Mechanically Fine
