Remington Model 11 Military Riot Shotgun Early Style New Unfired World War 2 Issued

Description:
This Remington's barrel date is 1942. The shotgun's serial number is 453148. The barrel is a 20 inch cylinder bored barrel serial numbered to this gun. The bore is in minty condition. It has the U.S. with the ordnance bomb stamped on top of the barrel by the breech. The receiver is the early style commercial receiver with hunting birds engraved on the sides of the receiver. There is also a U.S. with the ordnance bomb stamped on the side of the receiver close to the breech end. The original bluing would rate a 100% condition. The stock and forend retain all of the original finish. There is some few scattered light storage bumps on the stock. The stock has the ordnance wheel stamped on the left side of the stock close to the pistol grip area. The original butt plate is in new condition. This Riot Shotgun is in new unissued condition. It may have been test fired, that is about it for being used. This is a stunning condition Military shotgun that would be a fantastic addition to any military or Remington collection!
