30" BARRELS, CYLINDER AND FULL, 2-1/2", DOUBLE TRIGGERS, STRAIGHT HAND GRIP, SPLINTER FOREND, BUTTPLATE, 6 LBS - 12 OZ, 1-5/8" DAC, 2-5/8" DAH, 14" LOP

English made sidelock ejector 12 gauge game gun with 30" blacked round nitro proved barrels that are fit with ejectors, a tapered smooth concave game rib and a steel bead front sight. Proved for 2-1/2" cartridges and choked cylinder & full. The rib is roll marked: 'WATSON BROS 29 OLD BOND ST LONDON'. The patina case color hardened finished action body and lockplates are adorned with traditional rose bouquets and scroll engraving and fluted fences. Both lockplates are engraved "WATSON BROS". Gold-inlaid '1' on top lever, barrel rib near breech and fore-end tip. The action is fit with a hidden third fastener (treble grip), gold-lined cocking indicators, blacked engraved top lever with the left side of the thumbpiece checkered and automatic safety with gold-inlaid "SAFE" ahead of the checkered and engraved safety slide. The double triggers are protected by an engraved trigger guard ending in a bottom strap with serial number. Best quality walnut stock with straight hand grip, drop points, vacant stock oval and splinter fore-end with Anson type push button release. 14" LOP to a checkered hard rubber buttplate, 6 Lbs. - 12 Oz. Gun resides in an associated Waneless Brothers single oak & leather case.
