Winchester Model 1912 16ga Made in 1913
Description: "Winchester Model 1912 16ga Made in 1913" For sale is a Winchester model 1912 shotgun chambered in 16ga. The firearm was produced in 1913 (second year of production), and is in pretty great shape for that age. Bluing is very clear and bright along the barrel and receiver, with obvious wear around the foreend/pump area. The wood is in decent shape overall, with clear signs of it's age, as well as what looks like a few small cracks or dents that had been repaired at somepoint in its lifetime. Recoil pad was replaced at some point with a more modern rubber pad (which seems to have been due to the stock being cut down slightly), but that has stiffened/dried over the years, and will likely want to be replaced with a newer pad or a classic butt plate. The bore of the firearm is clear, and the functions are extremely smooth. Being modeled after the trench gun, this firearm is able to slam fire if the shooter desires to do so. The barrel is 26", and the firearm has a Full choke. Serial number is 7936. Being made prior to 1926, this firearm has a chamber length of 2 1/2". All card transactions will have a 3.5% non-cash adjustment applied to them. $70 Shipping to the lower 48, with Insurance and a soft case included.
